SHIPPING

The prices on my website include free shipping for original paintings and custom prints to addresses in the continental US.  International destinations, Hawaii or Alaska, or expedited will incur additional shipping charges, to be calculated and paid prior to shipping.  

When you order one of my originals or custom prints, you can rest assured your purchase will be packaged with the utmost protection and care. Your painting or print is packaged carefully and shipped standard ground via USPS Priority, UPS and Fed-Ex.  Your artwork can take 7-10 days to arrive.   The studio is not responsible for any delays, lost or undeliverable packages once turned over to the shipper. The studio is not responsible for incorrect address information provided at check out.

DAMAGE IN SHIPPING

If you receive a package with visible damage, please do not reject the shipment. Take photographs to document the damaged packaging, then open the package and inspect the contents. If there is damage to the original or print, please contact me at lisaflynn@lisaflynnart.com  . Include photos representing the damage to the packaging as well as the damage to the product(s).  Photos of packaging and product are required to resolve the damages.  

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is very important to me! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me at lisaflynn@lisaflynnart.com to initiate a return.  All paintings and prints must be returned within 30 days of placing your order.  You will be responsible  for the price of the return shipping. I ask that you kindly return the painting or prints in the same condition they are received.  I will reimburse you in the same manner you purchased, upon receipt of the original or prints.

COPYRIGHTS/TRADEMARKS

I retain all rights to all sold and unsold artwork, including any commissioned original paintings.

It is up to my sole discretion as to whether a piece of artwork is used to make reproductions.  Images may not be reproduced, resold, or used in any form without written consent. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without my written permission.
